Welcome to Affinity Collective Travel LLC. By engaging our travel planning services, you  agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. Services Provided
    Affinity Collective Travel LLC acts as an independent travel advisor, arranging travel services on your behalf including, but not limited to, cruises, accommodations, transportation, and excursions. We work with third-party suppliers and a host agency to facilitate bookings.
  2. Independent Contractor Status
    We are not the direct provider of travel services. All bookings are fulfilled by third-party suppliers (such as cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators). We are not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of these suppliers.
  3. Payments & Authorization
    By providing your payment information, you authorize Affinity Collective Travel LLC to submit payment on your behalf to third-party suppliers.
    We do not process or store payments as the merchant of record. All payments are processed directly by the travel supplier or host agency.
  4. Planning Fees
    A non-refundable planning fee may be required prior to the commencement of services.
    This fee covers time, research, expertise, and customized itinerary design.
    Planning fees are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation or changes in travel plans.
  5. Pricing & Availability
    All prices are subject to change until confirmed by the supplier. Availability is not guaranteed until booking is completed and payment is processed.
  6. Cancellations & Refunds
    Cancellation policies vary by supplier. You agree to review and accept the cancellation terms of each supplier prior to booking.
    Affinity Collective Travel LLC is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties or fees.
  7. Travel Insurance
    We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
    By declining travel insurance, you assume full responsibility for any financial loss related to cancellations, delays, illness, or unforeseen events.
  8. Travel Documents & Requirements
    You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations.
    Affinity Collective Travel LLC is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    Affinity Collective Travel LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by suppliers or events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
  10. Force Majeure
    We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God, war, strikes, or travel restrictions.
  11. Client Responsibility
    You agree to review all booking confirmations and documents carefully and notify us immediately of any errors or questions.
  12. Acceptance of Terms
    By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
